Home support is ideal for the occasional hard drive crash, printer malfunction, or e-mail troubleshooting issue on a single personal workstation, whether it be a family computer or part of your home office. For a fixed hourly rate, we'll repair your equipment in-house or come to you and perform the work while you watch.
Our second support tier option, Business, is ideal for businesses and power users who cannot afford lengthy downtimes or lost data. For a fixed monthly cost, we'll monitor your equipment and keep it, and your business, up and running.
Both support options offer Per Incident as well as Monthly fixed-cost payment plans.
